Nine cubes of heaven - these babies are soooo versatile. I nuked a quartet for just under 30 seconds and they kept my morning coffee piping hot while I finished the crossword. Then, another quartet twas popped into my G & T - after spending most of their time in the freezer. No more watery drinks. These babies are worth their weight in gold. I strongly recommend them for everyone. |

I love the whiskey stones. Perfect for cooling down any drink to the right temp! I've used them in every thing from whiskey, to beer, to other mixed drinks. I've also used them to cool down energy drinks which are normally stored on shelves instead of refrigerated in the stores. Great product! |

Good novelty item. They have not harmed glassware, but they also don't make drinks very cold at all. Ice makes them much colder. Decent item if you want your drinks "cool" or as a conversation starter. |

I am very impressed with these little whiskey rocks, and how versatile they are. I actually have used them in my iced coffee, as well as my hot coffee! They were perfect for those drinks that you just didn't want watered down. |

The stones keep the drink chilled for a good amount of time, so you can sip your drink undiluted and at a constant temperature until it's finished. However, they do not chill as cold as ice does. The more stones used, the colder the drink. They have not scratched my glassware. I think for whiskey stones, these made by SPARQ are the best product to go with, but I just don't think I would buy whiskey stones again. |

The stones are lovely, smooth and soft to the touch. They keep drinks nice and cold for about 30-40 min depending on the temp pf the room you are in. We were outside on a hot day and they kept cold for about 30 min. |

These do a great job of cooling drinks down. I use ice so infrequently that it tends to evaporate away in my freezer. These have been great to have on hand for friends. Like any whiskey stones, these are heavier than ice. I feel like I need to be careful with them in lightweight glasses to be safe.
On another note, the customer service from the SPARQ company is awesome. My first order had a problem. I let them know and they sent a replacement set out right away, no hassle. Much appreciated! |

I liked the Whiskey stones so much I bought a second set of them for myself, and gave another as a gift! I have tried them in red wine that was a tad too warm, and in bourbon and single malt. It works extremely well with all three.
Don't expect to get an icy cold drink. Do expect to get a nice little chill to your beverage without watering down your (possibly) pricey libation.
I highly recommend this. |

Work great to chill drinks without adding water. You have to make sure they are fully dry before re-freezing them or they'll stick in the freezer. |

These whiskey rocks are the first I've purchased,but are very nice in a small amount of liquid, much like the picture shows (3-4 stones per couple ounces). I'm not sure they will help make a difference in any large volume of drink. I am very pleased with my purchase. |

As the title says, it's an eye catching conversation piece to have these stones in your drink. They work well and stay cold longer than advertised. I don't like watered down whiskey, although i know some people that do, so these do the trick for me. They also go well in wine glasses to allow the wine to stay at a more even temp. for sipping. |

I use these for whiskey sours all the time! They work great with other mixed drinks as well. Since I keep my liquor chilled I don't really have a problem with the cubes obtaining or maintaining temperature. Overall a great product when used properly. |

Not good for cocktail shaker or those double walled bodum glasses.
Also be prepared to leave a bowl out for used stones (they only last one drink so parties need quite a lot of stones).

They were particularly handy at our St. Patrick's day celebration - no watered down whiskey or irish cream for us! And the bounus - they are easy to clean and store! Have worked well for stated purpose with small glass of whisky on the rocks or with small amount of mix. Tried them with martini's the first time and didn't chill enough but stones may not have been in freezer long enough. Will try that again. Certainly a unique product that ctahces the ey of new guests that haven't seen them before. |

I was disappointed in that these stones will not chill a drink. It is true that they will keep an already cold drink cold for about 30 minutes, but to get your whiskey cold, you either have to keep it in the freezer (who does that?) or chill it first. In the case of the latter, you have already diluted it a bit, therefore defeating the purpose. However, I have found that these work quite well with Martinis! |

We have used these twice now in drinks. They keep the drinks cold without creating the "weeping" mess from glasses with ice in them. Plus they are a conversation starter at a party. Just be careful when guests empty the glasses. I had one guy try to throw his out. |
